Matilda Scholz is a standout ruck for the Port Adelaide Football Club in the AFL Women’s competition and one of the league’s brightest young talents. After a breakout 2024 season that saw her crowned Port Adelaide’s Best and Fairest, named AFLW Rising Star, and earn All-Australian honours, she has quickly established herself as a dominant force in the game.

As a KickStart for Kids Ambassador, Matilda is passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. She believes no child should ever go to school hungry or miss out on opportunities because they don’t have access to the basics.

Alongside this, she is also an advocate for ending period poverty, using her platform to drive meaningful change for young women in sport and education.
