Tickets on sale for our annual KickStart for Kids ‘No Breakfast, Breakfast’

Hosted by Kickstart for kids ambassador Rebecca Morse, the event will return on Friday 28 November 2025 at the Hilton Adelaide, giving South Australians the chance to stand in solidarity with thousands of children who go to school hungry each day by voluntarily skipping breakfast for the morning.

The morning is designed to raise awareness of what it feels like to start school without such an essential meal, a reality faced by so many kids across the state.

Guests will hear from Kickstart for Kids founder Ian Steel, alongside a line up of inspiring speakers, including those whose lives have been directly impacted by the organisation’s programs.

Attendees can choose to enjoy breakfast after the event concludes or continue their day on an empty stomach to truly experience the effect of going without on their mental and physical wellbeing.

Currently, the Kickstart for Kids breakfast program delivers around 60,000 breakfasts each week across more than 360 schools throughout metropolitan, regional and remote South Australia.

Each year, No Breakfast, Breakfast raises vital funds to keep the program running and expanding – making it a signature fundraising event for the charity.

We encourage individuals, colleges, schools and businesses alike to join us, especially those already based in the Adelaide CBD.
